The record looks VG++/M- and plays mostly VG++ with some VG+ during quiet passages.  Norgran Lps play with light surface noise and usually below visual grade.  The music plays strong and enjoyably without repetitive ticking or intrusive noise.  There's a few light scuffs on Side 1 that are not into the grooves and do not affect play.  Side 2 looks clean.  Grooves are very bright and glossy and look unplayed or nearly so.     

 The cover is VG+. The front cover looks nice with little or no wear and some tiny stain spots at the pocket.  The back cover has light wear and some mold staining at the pocket. The top seam is split app. 2 inches at the pocket and is not taped.  The bottom seam is split app. 4 inches at the pocket and is not taped.  Tiny wear spots on the corners.  The spine is intact.

 Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on record.

 My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas.  I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied.  No hassles.
