Cover: VG- / Top seam completely split (could easily be glued/repaired) / slight "waviness" to opening edge, most likely from previous moisture damage / long cut/tear to back cover (see photo), tear does not come through to the front however (front cover looks clean) / small 1" paper tear to spine

Record: Strong VG / Glossy vinyl with some minor marks and light scuffs on each side / light staining to A-side label (B-side clean) / fully play tested and plays fine with no noticeable issues
