Basically brand new. I believe I only listened to the soundtrack to Mass Effect 2 once. Overall the package is in great shape. All of the sleeves are mint and the outer packaging is nearly mint save for some minor scuffing that you can only see at certain angles. There are a couple pictures that I took to try and capture it. It is hard to pick out because you really have to look for it. Cheers
