From my personal collection. Picked this up used in ~2010, it had been played rather well when I got it; but since then has been resting easy in a MOFI archival sleeve. There are some light marks visible on both sides of the disc; but should have minimal to no affect on playback. Sleeve has the top side busted from shipment to me back in 2010, and some other small dings and scuffs and slight ringwear.
All in all in pretty good condition for how rare and limited this release is.
