CONDITION   Records VG+ to NM based on visual inspection - some smudges and a little soiling.  Labels NM.  Album VG+ with minimal edge wear and small piece of spine missing - see photo.

M - Mint: no scuffs, flaws or wear; perfect vinyl and label.
NM - Near mint: very minor scuff on vinyl; plays without unwanted noise.
VG+ - Very good plus: more scuffs visible, but record plays mostly without unwanted noise.
VG - Very good: still plays quite well, although some minor noise might be audible; visually, record looks to have been played.
VG- G+ and G - Very good minus, good plus and good: three gradations of records that play through but have noticeable surface noise. They do not skip, have recurrent clicks from scratches or have surface noise that overpowers the music.

BUSINESS, SALES & SHIPPING INFORMATION

OWNERSHIP:  The Bill N Peg?s Interesting Things eBay store is operated by Bill N Peg?s Interesting Things LLC, a limited liability company chartered in the State of Maryland.

PAYMENT:  As required by eBay, we list only PayPal as a means of payment.

SALES TAX:  We collect a 6% sales tax from Maryland residents on purchases from our store, as we are located in this state.

SHIPPING:  We are usually able to ship within 1 business day of payment verification. We ship through the United States Postal Service, and we try to offer our customers the most appropriate postage options. We obtain a tracking number for each mailing.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Our basic shipping charge is set to cover postage and shipping materials, plus a small handling charge. Shipping can be expensive for larger items because, in mid-2019, the US Postal Service began charging based on package size rather than weight in many cases. We purchase postal.insurance for more expensive items, and eBay requires Signature Confirmation delivery for items costing $750 or more. In some cases, we will require Signature Confirmation for certain items costing less.  We add these costs to the total shipping charge for more expensive listings. If a shipping charge estimate is too high, we refund the appropriate amount to the customer after we have shipped the item and verified the actual cost.

COMBINED SHIPPING:  We are happy to consider offering combined shipping discounts, when there are savings available from shipping multiple items in one box and when that can be safely done.  The US Postal Service often charges based on package size rather than weight, so we have to determine whether combined shipping produces a cost savings on a case-by-case basis.  Customers may contact us for combined shipping estimates.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  Bidding from international customers is welcome! We accept PayPal payments only from other countries; we do not accept checks or currency. As noted above, we will combine shipping for international customers whenever possible and include the savings in our shipping charge on the invoice. We ship using Priority International Mail through the US Postal Service if a package weighs four pounds or more. When it weighs less, we also offer First Class International as an option. Please be aware that Priority International packages can be tracked while still in the United States, and they can be insured. First Class International cannot be insured, and so the customer assumes a risk for this less expensive choice. Also, please be aware that we do not mark items as "gifts" or report lower sales values on customs forms.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

We are happy to have sold a wide variety of items to our international friends and to have received excellent customer satisfaction feedback from them.

RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted for refund within a 30-day period of the receipt of the merchandise. We will refund shipping charges and return postage when defects or item characteristics were not noted in the original sales listing. In other cases, the refund covers just the purchase price. A returned item must be received in the same condition as when the item was sent.

Most of our transactions are trouble-free, but we suggest you contact us if a problem does arise so we can mutually try to arrive at a satisfactory solution.
