Rare UK solid centre. 'A' label copies of Diamond Dogs can be found with either a push-out or solid centre. Both are rare, but the solid centre is much harder to find.

Both sides have surface marks, but both play well. Diamond Dogs at over six minutes long is never going to sound its best in 7" 45rpm format, but the much shorter (2:18) B side sounds great. I've played both sides in full. The A side had some crackle in the run-in and intro, some slight background noise in the quiet middle eight section, the occasional random click and some crackle in the run-out, but there's nothing loud or intrusive anywhere. The B side had a couple of random clicks, and a couple in the fade, but very little else. I would play-grade side one as Very Good plus (VG+) and side two as Excellent (Ex). Visual gradings would be lower. Please also note that the A side label has some pale stains, wear and marks.

Comes with original RCA sleeve which has normal signs of age and use, but no splits.
