Record Condition:    NEAR MINT   Beautiful Like New Condition - This Record has been VPI cleaned - plays & sounds great! 

Cover Condition:    EX+ to NEAR MINT    There is a very tiny short split (less than a half an inch long) at the top right hand corner.  Please look carefully at the pictures we have taken of this exact record for sale & email us if you have any questions.

All Albums we sell are mailed in a sturdy cardboard mailer (with inside extra corner protection) + with one or two cardboard inserts.  Albums are removed from their cover for shipping to prevent seam splitting unless it is Still Sealed.
