Any brand new item must be factory sealed if a return is warranted.  If we send it to you brand new and unopened, it must return the same way before any refund is granted.  If returned opened eBay states deductions of up to 50% of original cost can be charged.

 International Buyers: We ship all items through eBay's Global Shipping program. Where  it goes to eBay's warehouse in Kentucky and they will ship the item to you. We have NO control over any additional fees that eBay may charge for that service.  eBay does not allow combining auctions at this time.  WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY no control over Import duties, taxes, or additional charges by eBay.   Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
