Original 1983 RCA release as part of the Lifetimes set.
This one is a mispress which plays 'Song for Bob Dylan' on the B side instead of 'Queen Bitch'.

There is a non-sounding surface mark visible on the A side. I've listened to both sides and the record plays great. There is some minor background noise on the A side (mainly in the intro and fade) and a bit more in the quieter B side track (mainly near the beginning), but there is nothing bad anywhere. The picture sleeve is in very nice condition with no issues.
