Autographed 8x10 photo of comedian/actor Robin Williams and reggae legend Jimmy Cliff. This is a press photo from the 1986 movie 'Club Paradise'. 
The movie featured Robin Williams as a fireman who is burned out on his life so he moves to an island and buys a seedy music venue/bar. Jimmy Cliff is the house musician there and helps Robin turn it around.
I believe this was signed for Warner Brothers movie executive, Mark Cantor, who is thanked on the back of the cover (see pic).
Robin inscribed it 'No Man Is An Island' which is the title of a famous reggae song by Dennis Brown on his 1972 debut album of the same name. Very cool! Comes with the soundtrack vinyl from the movie. There is a 3 page booklet describing the movie and the brilliant reggae soundtrack as well.
