Made in Germany - 1981 Island Records 600.417
The front and back of the 12" single are exactly the same. The Island Records "i" logo and corresponding catalog # 600.417 are reflected on the top right corner of the sleeve. '12 INCH' is printed in large letters at an angle on the bottom right corner of the sleeve. 'AND THE ALBUM "BOY" 202.913' is reflected in the middle below the picture of Bono.
The second song on side 1 is reflected as 'J. Swallow' on the sleeve and 'Johnny Swallow' on the actual label.
