The record for your consideration is the Chestnuts "Love Is True"/"It's You I Love" Davis 447  45 rpm  Doowop original.
The record is visually VG+. Excellent shine.  Light surface wear.  Does have slight heat warp that effects the play very slightly.  A side the first revolution has a little whoosh that ends before the music or vocals begins.  B side has a couple of whooshes that end right after the beginning of the music.  Other than that the record plays great.  If you're not familiar with Ruby Whitaker, in my opinion she is the greatest female lead singer in all of doowop.  GREAT CONNECTICUT DOOWOP.  See scans for label condition.
