A Christmas Carol - Lionel Barrymore/Canterbury Choir [1970] Vinyl Record. Condition is "Used". LP is rated VG+. Sleeve is rated VG+.
Rarely played, very clean, plays well. Very very few pops, though there might be a couple in there somewhere, they certainly do not detract from the listening experience. Some of the passages on side 2 are soft vocals of the choir, so this is particularly important for this type of work. Between tracks very quiet, just the normal warm crackle one would expect fomm a near-mint condition record. I am rating it as VG+, as i always rate concervative by at least 1 grade.
Record sleeve is still in original shrink-wrap. Arguably NM condition, however I am rating it as VG+ as one corner is slightly bent (see photo). Other than that, no wear, no scuffs, no scratches, and no record indentation. Hard to get a photo of how good the colors are through the shrink-wrap, so I slid to back a couple inches and took a close up of Scrooge, (see photo). Then I slid it back.
Recordings are from original 1947 release of this same set if work.
Priced to sell. Same record SE-4746 in similar condition is selling on Amazon for $55. There are others up there for a little less, but they all have lower gradings of only VG and Good.
