I am not a vinyl collector, expert or audiophile.
The vinyl records offered for sale are from a collection of over 500 LP’s that recently came into my possession. The majority of these are 60’s and 70’s classic and folk rock. Many are in excellent condition. Inquiries for specific artists and/or albums are welcome.
All LP’s are examined visually only. They have not been played to evaluate for sound quality, etc.
LP’s are graded using the system noted below. I have made every effort to be honest and accurate with my assessment. My gradings are generally on the conservative side so as to avoid overestimating the quality and value. Every attempt is made to take quality photos and show as much detail as possible and capture any imperfections. The photograph is a stock photo of the album cover. (Apologies for the reflections on items.)

Vinyl Grading
Near Mint: The vinyl appears mint in normal indoor light. If there is a defect, it should be very hard to see in normal indoor light. A few small very minor and hard to see sleeve scuffs may appear on the vinyl under a good light source. Labels may have a couple of light spindle marks.
Excellent: The vinyl can have a few very light hairlines or sleeve scuffs, some light signs of having been played. Labels might have some light spindle marks.
Very good: The vinyl has been played many times. It could have more noticeable surface marks, hairlines and sleeve scuffs and the occasional light scratch. Labels may have spindle marks and some light wear, foxing spots, name, sticker or residue mark from sticker, but no tears.
Good: The vinyl will have lots of scratches and deeper scuff marks over its surface. Vinyl may have a slight warp. Labels will display poorly with a number of different defects, tears, damage, heavy spindle wear, etc.
Covers/Sleeves Grading
Near Mint: Cover or sleeve might have couple of small defects such as small very light foxing spots, a few small very light crease marks, etc.
Excellent: The cover/sleeve might have light wear, very light ring marks, a few light crease/bend marks and, or very light foxing spots, etc.
Very good: The cover could have light ring marks, some crease/bend marks, light edge/corner wear, small stains, writing, tiny splits or tears and foxing etc. There will be NO big, major seam splits or tears.
Good: The cover and contents suffer from creasing, bend marks, heavy crease/bend marks, wear to edges/corners, bigger edge/seam splits, lots of writing, stains and foxing, etc.
