1924 prewar Country and Bluegrass from EVA DAVIS and her friend SAMANTHA BUMGARNER -- the two were the first women to ever record Country banjo and the two day April 1924 recording session at Columbia studios in New York yielded these sides including "BIG-EYED RABBIT" featuring DAVIS on banjo and BUMGARNER on fiddle and vocals and on the "WILD BILL JONES" side, we have DAVIS on banjo and vocals and possibly Bumgarner on banjo on a 78 rpm 10" New Process COLUMBIA 129 in VG to VG+ condition -- please see photos -- Includes the original COLUMBIA New Process sleeve.

This record will be securely packed in a new 12x12x4 box with cardboard pads and floating in a paper fill.
