For sale is LUIZ HENRIQUE's "Barra Limpa," on Verve V-8697, MONO, GF, Yellow-Label Promo Edition, 1967.
SOUND: VG+ It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. The sound is very nice, with a touch of minor surface noise here and there. Overall, a fine listen.
VINYL: VG+ There are faint hairline marks or scuffs either side, completely routine, all appear superficial. Vinyl overall appears clean. Yellow "promo" labels are clean with a few faint spindle marks.
JACKET: VG/VG+ There is a split in the lower back-cover edge, top front-cover right edge, as well as center inner spine. Front cover has catalogue sticker upper right, with some pen and marker notations upper-center. All other surfaces are in good condition with minor, routine wear. Gatefold is clean and bright.
The photos are of the exact record up for bids. Look before you bid, ask if you want any additional info or pics.

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction. I'm not a collector, nor an audiophile, but I think they are desirable if you're into this kind of material.  Click "see other items" and thanks for looking!
