THE RECORDS

THE LABELS

ORIGINAL YELLOW AND BLACK MONO LABELS IN CLEAN CONDITION. THE BLACK BASE COLOUR AND YELLOW LOGO'S ARE BOTH UNRUBBED . THE SILVER TEXT IS ALSO IN PERFECTLY LEGIBLE CONDITION, AND THE SPINDLE HOLE IS UNWORN. THERE ARE   SMALL SPIDER LINES REALLY CLOSE TO THE SPINDLE HOLE, SHOWING JUST HOW LITTLE THIS LP HAS BEEN PLAYED

THE VINYL

REALLY REALLY GLOSSY LP THAT LOOKS FANTASTIC. IN DAYLIGHT IT IS ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS. GLEAMING MARK FREE VINYL. AND ONLY WHEN PLACED UNDER INTENSE ILLUMINATION IS THERE EVIDENCE OF HANDLING AND PLAY. SOME SURFACE HANDLING LINES THAT HAVE NO IMPACT ON THE AUDIO AS YOU WILL HEAR, AND SOME WISPY SLEEVE WITHDRAWAL HAIRLINES = VISUALLY EX UNDER SPOTLIGHT  BUT AUDIBLY NEAR MINT

PLAYING THE RECORD

I BELIEVE THAT IF YOU ARE GOING TO SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A FANTASTIC COLLECTABLE VINYL, THAT YOU SHOULD BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO HEAR WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. I HAVE THEREFORE INVESTED IN THE SOFTWARE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO DO JUST THAT.

I HAVE RECORDED THE ENTIRE LP, FROM START TO FINISH SO THAT YO ARE ABLE TO LISTEN TO THE RECORD BEFORE LAYING A BID

THE FIRST THING TO SAY IS THAT THIS HEAVYWEIGHT DISC HAS A CRISP CLEAR MONO REPRODUCTION. THE MUSIC PLAYS WITHOUT ANY DISTORTION TO THE NOTES OR VOCALS.

THERE IS NO HEAVY BACKGROUND CRACKLE

AND NO LOUD CLICKS, AND NO EMBEDDED VINYL NOISE

NO DISTORTION THUS NO GROOVE WEAR WHATSOEVER

CRYSTAL CLEAR AND CLEAN MONO SOUND

THE LINKING GROOVES ARE SILENT

I HEARD ABOUT 5-6 TINY LOW LEVEL TICS DURING THE ENTIRE PLAYTHROUGH

AN OUTSTANDING AUDIO PERFORMANCE ALL THE WAY THROUGH BOTH SIDES AND I AM DELIGHTED TO BE ABLE TO GRADE THE AUDIO PERFORMANCE AS NEAR MINT

BUT I'LL LET YOU BE THE JUDGE AS YOU LISTEN TO THE RECORDING

THE SLEEVE

LAMINATED FRONT SURFACE AND NON LAMINATED FLIPBACK REAR SURFACE. THIS SLEEVE IS IN REALLY CLEAN CONDITION

THE EARLIER E.J DAY SLEEVE

THE FRONT SURFACE IS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND VERY VERY GLOSSY. THERE ARE NO HEAVY CREASES OR BENDS ANYWHERE.

NO RING WEAR OR RECORD SHAPE. THE  CORNER TIPS HAVE THE TINIEST SPECK OF RUB , BUT ARE STILL IN GOOD ORDER

THERE ARE JUST SIX SMALL LAMINATE PRESSURE LINES NEAR THE SPINE, THREE ALONG THE TOP EDGE. EIGHT ON THE BOTTOM EDGE, AND ZERO THUMB LINES NEAR THE OPENING EDGE

NO LAMINATE LIFT, PEEL OR FLAKE ON ANY PART OF THE SLEEVE.  . NO YELLOWING

THE TOP  EDGE IS FREE FROM ANY SHELF WEAR, WITH JUST THE  CORNER TIP ENDS SHOWING A SPECK OF RUB

THE BOTTOM EDGE IS SIMILAR WITH A SMALL SCUFF IN THE MIDDLE IN ADDITION

THE SPINE IS FLAT AND UNSQUASHED. PRISTINE TEXT AND LAMINATE. THE TOP END HAS A SPECK OF RUB

THE OPENING EDGE IS SHARP ALL THE WAY ALONG

THE REAR SURFACE HAS PERFECTLY STUCK DOWN FLIPBACKS AND THEY ARE ALSO PERFECTLY CLEAN. THE BOTTOM ONE HAS A LITTLE CHIP IN THE MIDDLE

THE VULNERABLE UNLAMINATED POWDERY BLACK SURFACE HAS SOME AGEING AND HANDLING TO THE EDGES MORESO AT THE OPENING EDGE

THE EMI POLY LINED INNER SLEEVE IS FLAT AND SPLIT FREE. NO CREASES, A SMALL CHIP TO THE CENTRE HOLE ON ONE SIDE, SOME MILD AGEING AND A FEW VERY MILD WRINKLES

I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO GRADE THIS SLEEVE EX+

GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BID IF YOU CHOSE TO GO FOR IT
