Vinyl is in Excellent condition. Has rarely been played. Clean, with minimal surface noise.
Water Damage to Jacket and Inner Sleeve: This item was damaged in a plumbing accident at my home several years ago. While the jacket is in one piece, I want to be sure to clearly explain that the lower third of the front and back have visible stains from the water damage. Same goes for the inner sleeve. See photos to verify this description.
Despite the water damage to jacket/sleeve, this is still a very nice copy of this rare to find vintage album.
