Up for sale is the second album by Rich Mullins on a 12" vinyl record.  I played the album through, and it is clear.  It has a few skips on the first track of side one, and one skip on the first track of side.  The skips advance, they don't stay in the same place, so maybe a good cleaning would help.  There are light surface scratches from bringing it in and out of sleeve over time.  I have included a generic white sleeve to hold record, so lyric sleeve doesn't get any more damaged.  At some point, previous owner put a piece of scotch tape on bottom of inner sleeve where it started to split.  I have shown this in pictures.  Outer sleeve has very minor ring marks.  I would grade the vinyl at VG+ conservatively, again, it sounded clear.  Insurance included in cost of shipping for orders in the US
