Thank you so much for considering Richie�s Hobbies. Below I noted a few details that would inform you about the purchase you may make today. 

Quality of product: All media products are in good playable condition. In addition, all cases are in good condition as well. I�ve received messages from my customers as well as reviewed my customer feedback. As such, I want to let everyone know I have resolved the challenge of having scratches on the discs. I�ve bought a new high powered disc buffer that will ensure the quality of every disc. The one I use ( as well as many other media sellers) is the JFJ Easy Pro Universal CD/DVD Blu-Ray Repair Machine 110V from Amazon. Thus, buying a playable disc from me is my personal promise to you, my valued customers. I want all my customers to buy with confidence. 

Packing & Shipping: Please note for most media items I will mail via USPS Media Mail. Moving forward, as of 8/25/21, there will be an UPGRADABLE option for $1.00. I will include this option on all media purchases that qualify & weigh under 1 pound. The upgrade would be from USPS Media Mail to USPS First Class. The shipping would be cut down from 2-8 business days to 3-5 business days. I will cover free shipping for USPS Media mail only. Unfortunately, $1.00 is a necessary charge for the upgradable option (your choice of course) otherwise I would lose money on the sale to the shipping cost. Moreover, USPS First Class only applies to orders weighing less than 1 lbs. Each DVD is about 4oz. 

To my customers who buy a substantial amount of DVDs. I did not forget about you guys. I will also include an upgradable payable option. As per above, I cannot use USPS First Class for you guys. That being said - the option would have to be USPS priority mail and/or a flat rate shipping large box. Thus - the optional upgradable charge would be $5.00. This cuts down travel time from 2-8 business days to 2-3 business days. I believe most customers will have their order fit inside a large flat rate box from USPS ( about 95% of people who order from me). If your order is gigantic - message me personally and we can work something out. **Gigantic would be considered 40+ DVDs.

Customer Service Policy: My number one goal is to make sure my customers are beyond satisfied with their purchase. I ship items fast & securely. That being said, I do make mistakes & the people who help me do as well, unintentionally of course. All I ask is that you reach out to me via message before leaving any feedback.
