UP FOR BIDS!

As all his fans know, Tony Rice, guitar-picker extraordinaire, died last December. There may have been "bigger names" than Tony in the Bluegrass/Folk genre, but even the big names in the music industry looked up to Tony, and many of them imitated his style, maybe even Ricky Scaggs.

This recording on Sugar Hill Records, SH-3732, finds Tony in fine fettle, both pickin' and singin'. His brother joins him on a couple of cuts, playing guitar.

Appearance of the vinyl is NM-, with a few harmless hairlines on each side. As for a play grade, it's mostly NM, with a small warp on the first cut of each side, but nothing that a decent tonearm will find difficult to handle. My tonearm did just fine, with no interruption of play.

Outer sleeve is near Excellent, considering it's approaching 40 years old!
