(CELEBRATING 23 YEARS ON eBay!)  The record is **SEALED*** inside cover. The cover shows light wear from silverfish near the bottom of the cover where the shrink has torn away. The shrink has torn away across the bottom, but you can tell that the shrink has never been off the cover. Has a hole punch at the center of the cover as well. Odd place for a hole punch.  Comes with a free, clear, outer sleeve .
