Milli Vanilli - Girl You Know It's True vinyl LP [1989] Arista AL-8592.
Not so many vinyl copies out there of this title. Many were thrown away and returned after the lip-sync scandal, and by 1989 most people were buying the CD version.
The vinyl is near mint, the cover appears to have gotten a little wet on the upper corner, see pics.
This is also a CRC (Columbia House Record Club) pressing, as indicated on the rear lower right corner of the cover.
