(CELEBRATING 23 YEARS ON eBay!)  The record is (NEAR MINT) & the cover shows medium wear, medium corner/edge wear (VG+) .The original inner sleeve is very nice front & rear, but is split on all 3 sides. 2 sides are 2 to 3 inches near the center & one side is split all the way down. I added a clear inner sleeve to protect the record. Comes with a free, clear, outer sleeve as well.
