For sale is LEROY CARR's "Blues Before Sunrise," on Columbia CL 1799, Mono, 1962. With Scrapper Blackwell and Josh White.
SOUND: NM It has been machine-cleaned. I play-graded side A, it sounded near-perfect, clean, solid audio.
VINYL: NM There are no significant flaws on the clean, glossy vinyl. The labels are bright, clean and have no spindle-marks.
JACKET: NM The jacket is in beautiful condition. Solid, clean and bright all-around. Faint, routine shelf wear. "promo" stamp on the back. Comes with original inner-promo-sleeve.
The photos are of the exact record up for bids. Look before you bid, ask if you want any additional info or pics.
Buy-it-now for $25.
Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. When play-tested, I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
If you're into this stuff, you might want to save me to your seller's list and check back periodically. I'll be putting a lot of vintage jazz records up for auction. I'm not a collector, nor an audiophile, but I think they are desirable if you're into this kind of material.  Click "see other items" and thanks for looking!
