The record is in Near Mint condition, it looks and plays as it would have done when first purchased. The picture sleeve is EX. Very clean, free from tears and writing, a couple of small light creases only. The only real defect is that it is slightly dish-shaped, by which I mean that it is not entirely flat but, when face up, the corners have a slight upward curve, presumably caused by the way it has been stored.
