BMG Record Club edition, R 101025 in barcode space.  Made in Canada.


Album has been Cleaned, Tested and Graded for Quality Assurance.


Record Grading is Very Good Plus (VG+).  Plays just fine.  Minimum noise detected.  A few small lines on the record but nothing to overpower or disrupt playback.  


Cover/Sleeve Grading is Good Plus (G+) to Very Good (VG).  No seam splits but considerable/moderate water damage on the Cover.  Created some stains and discoloration, especially noticeable on the back side of the record.  See photos for details.


Regarding the Inlay/Record Sleeve: I threw in a MINT (M) White Generic Sleeve.
