Shipping Description

All items are carefully packaged and wrapped to ensure no damages while in transit. All Funko Pops are carefully bubbled wrapped and placed in a 8x6x4 box and shipped via USPS First Class Package. Most items will be shipped using USPS service depending on their dimension and weight.

 

Shipping Time

Due to the pandemic, shipping time may be delayed. Almost all items will be shipped within 1-3 days. If items are ordered before 11 AM PST on Saturday, it will be shipped same day. Any orders after 11 AM PST Saturday will be shipped Monday morning. For Presale or preordered items, they will be shipped once item is in hand. 

Other Important Policies

Please pay within 48 hours which is an eBay mandated policy. To assure all products are received in time please pay within the 48 hours as shipment won't go out until payment received. We do not offer any cancellation once item is placed for in-hand items or preordered items. Under special circumstances, cancellations may be approved but there is a 20% cancellation fee for shipping and PayPal fees.
