I purchased this new forty years ago, never took the outer cellophane wrapping off and played it four or five times, so it is probably the best conditioned example you will find.
Obviously, the price label and Virgin label are on the outer cellophane, so removal will expose a mint cover.
I do not send records in card sleeves. It would be very securely packed with three pieces of double walled corrugated board set at right angles, outer wrapped with brown packing paper, sent as signed delivery for full cover.
