Rare item being sold from my personal collection. I have owned this from new and have hardly played it at all. Labels state Promo Copy Only - Not For Resale.

The cover states Sisters of Mercy on the B side. This is wrong as the tracks on the record are as shown below.

A Side: FIRST WE TAKE MANHATTAN (COMMERCIAL VERSION 5.58 long)   -   Looks excellent, small surface mark, plays excellent, 1 odd light click

B Side: FIRST WE TAKE MANHATTAN (AIRPLAY VERSION 3.55 long)  -  Looks excellent, plays excellent, 

The record is in a picture cover in very good + condition. There is an impression and round mark in the centre and some creasing where the record sits in the sleeve, owing to storage. Inside the opening edge, there is a small white sticker that relates to my filing system. In one corner on the front, there is a small round mark and another area where the gloss has been taken off the cover, probably where the price sticker and a promotional sticker were removed.

Included in the sale of the promo is the regular edition of the single. This has hardly been played at all but the pressing is not that great and I would grade it as very good condition. Both sides have a blemish in the pressing, the blemish on the B side Sisters Of Mercy results in a number of clicks and some crackles. The A side has several odd clicks and some crackles. So whilst both sides play through, it should have been in better condition and is included on an 'as is' basis.
