180 Gram Deluxe Edition, Reissue From Original Master tapes. Comes with lyric inner sleeves.
On the label of record 2, side 2, track 1 is misspelled as " To Have And Not To Have".
On back cover track list ''To Have And Not To Hold'' has a space at the end making it misaligned with other titles, an error not seen on the 1998 European LP.
Made in Germany.
