Shipping & Packing 

1) We will ship by FedEx from Japan within 2 or 3 business days after your payment. 

2) For packing, we will carefully pack the goods so as not to get any damage during the transportation. In case there are any damages detected which is apparently damaged during the transportation, please let us know shortly. We will amicably resolve the problem. 

Cancellation & Return

Cancellation or return will be accepted only if the item has an obvious problem that was not mentioned in the listing description. If that, please let us know within 3 days after you received the item.  Even in this case, please bear all the necessary returning costs at your expense.
