Not the rarest, but close.  And in exCEPtional condition.  The ONly "bad" thing about this piece is the upper left hand corner is chingered (shown in photo).  I'm only selling it because I have an autographed Dance Party.  A  HELLuva piece at a HELLuva price.  LP VG+/NM and cover a VG/VG+ with no rips or tears
