Elvis Presley LPM-1254 Self-titled G2 PP1282-6S Blue suede shoes.
First, let me say that this album needs cleaned very badly. I have not played the whole album. The only song I really listened to was “blue suede shoes” (and just a little bit of “I’m counting on you”) because I wanted to see what the sound quality was like. There was LOTS of snap, crackles, and pop’s. How much of that can be cleaned away,? I have no idea!
There was a repeating noise on that blue suede shoes track that I heard every revolution. Or at least many of the revolutions.
I don’t feel like it is a good idea to play it when it is this dirty. I just want the buyer to have realistic expectations that it is not going to be perfect sound wise.
If you feel uncomfortable buying this album and having to deal with imperfections in the sound, please do not bid! I’m trying to be as honest as possible, and I don’t want anybody to be disappointed. Expect the worst and hopefully you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
I don’t offer returns, and am selling as-is.
I did take a video which may help you understand condition better also. Just copy and paste the below link into your browser bar and you should be able to see it on YouTube.
