Description1950's 1960'S STUDIO ACETATES
Most if not all of the studio acetates listed are the only surviving copies. Some are completely unknown, undocumented performances. Some are the final approval copy before cutting a mother. None are dubs.
These are ALL 10 inch, whether 45 or 78RPM.
It was common for many studios to continue using older acetate cutters and 10 inch blanks well into the 1970's.

S.1 He Was My Son One of the weepiest weepers you'll ever hear!
S.2 He Taught Me To Yodel And yodel she does, aptly demonstrating why Milton Berle called her the greatest yodeler ever and had her as a frequent TV show guest. Valli's guitarist left to become the Four Season's guitarist and June suggested their singer change his name to Frankie Valli instead of Francesco Stephen Castelluccio and the rest is history.
Altho originally from CT she billed herself starting in the 1940's as Texas Jean Valli and she's still alive at the age of 96.
