I loved this cover when it came out! You press down on the top edge and the eyes and mouth move! No doubt the handling of the cover over the years is why it's now somewhat soiled; but based on other listings I see out there, it seems fair to call it Good Plus - the working part of the cover is intact and still works, no rips, etc. It's also a gatefold cover and comes with the original sleeve (starting to split a couple of inches at the top on one side) and poster. The poster has a small split where it is folded in the middle at the top. It was long ago repaired with a bit of masking tape and from the front is not noticeable. (Refer to pirctures.) The record itself has some surface scatches and rubbings, but I don't believe they affect the play. Warner Bros. Records BS 2665.
The best song (IMHO) is the title track, which Rod Stewart went on to re-do on a later solo album, 1998's "When We Were The New Boys".
