Black Flag's "Jealous Again" was recorded between November of 1979 and April of 1980.  Thinking they were going to follow up their well-received 1979 EP, "Nervous Breakdown" with their first full LP, they hit a bit of a snag when original vocalist Keith Morris up and quit the band, refusing to finish the album.  Replacing him with former Redd Cross member, Ron Reyes, they thought things were back on track until Reyes proved unreliable during recording sessions and later also quit the band - this time during a live performance!  The band's producer/engineer, Spot, took the initiative to bring in another former Redd Cross member, Dez Cadena, with whom Ginn and Dukowski had been talking to about joining as a second guitarist, and several tracks were completed in a single night.  However, they were shelved when Reyes agreed to complete the project - and this time the recording went smoothly.  Ginn and Dukowski decided to release the completed Reyes tracks as an EP -  "Jealous Again".  [NOTE:  On the back cover, Ron Reyes is billed as "Chavo Pederast".]
This copy of the original pressing in November of 1981 as SST Records catalog number SST 003, is in Near Mint [NM] condition.  The original cover, with artwork by Raymond Pettibone, shows some minor surface rubbing, but is in overall Very Good Plus [VG+] condition.  The inner sleeve is somewhat yellowed from age and has one small rip on one side (about one half inch).  It is in Very Good [VG] condition.
Here is the "Dead Wax" info - i.e. what is etched into the inner most part of the vinyl, next to the label:
