ROLLING STONES - The Rolling Stones 
Rare 1964 UK first issue 12-track deep groove Mono LP 
On the red unboxed Decca label, front laminated flipback picture sleeve
Although Decca employees freely admit that there were multiple typesetters of the labels and they tended to keep the sleeves in a pile, so the combination of sleeve & label is a far from exact science, with many different variations turning up.
the second pressing has the full 4:06 version of 'Tell Me' and the next material difference came in 1965 when the labels dropped the 'Recording First Published' text & just had 'P 1964' and they also shortened text of 'Made In England' at the top, and the 'Recordng First Published' text, dating this press to 1964. 

The sleeve is printed on the back with 'I Need You Baby' instead of 'Mona'.

The front laminated flipback pictrue sleeve features the dark moody image that has become iconic with the band. 

Labels - The colour of the labels are deep red with bright silver print. The labels have a print on side 2 that is a circle with a CL in the middle and someone has written 40p on the side one label!

Some marks are evident around the spindle area of either side to indicate play.

Vinyl - While obviously played, the disc shows just light scuffs & hairlines and nothing deep enough to affect play & surface noise is kept to a minimum

This is one of 10000 singles LP's, 12” and 7" that I HAVE COLLECTED OVER THE LAST 30 YEARS; they run from the 1950's to the 2000's and cover every style of music.

I am slowly listing them one by one and they are in a verity of condition, most are good or very good, with some in shop purchased condition (i.e. Like new), I don’t have time to play every record listed, (well only the ones I want to listen to), therefore I can’t vouch for the playing condition of this item, however if you want to know how it plays please ask and I will play it and let you know if there is any excessive hissing, scratches and what condition the vinyl is in.

I have kept most of these records for 30+ years plus so my goal is to make sure they arrive with you in the same condition that I have kept them, enjoy bidding and please feel free to ask any questions and I will try to answer them

The record will be packaged in a protective plastic cover and be despatched in a custom cardboard record sleeve with a cardboard backer.

If you purchase more than one single the cost of Shipping is an additional 50p per item won.

If you purchase over 5 singles they are posted in a thick cardboard record box rather than a standard record postage sleeve at no extra cost, which means they are protected from the weather and the postal service, every item has proof of postage.

If you purchase over 5 items and you live are outside the UK, then before we confirm the final shipping costs we need to check with the post office as there may be an additional costs dependent on weight for shipping outside of the UK and as such we may ask for an higher amount than an extra 50p per extra item depending which part of the world you live in and how many items you have purchased.
