RECORD CONDITION: EXCELLENT+ to NEAR MINT * Plays NM (we have very carefully cleaned this record & it has been test played on our everyday listening home stereo system).
COVER CONDITION: about VG * No major issues - no edge splitting. There is some light edge / corner wear, a few creases close to the tips of the top 2 corners, a few other light creases.
