Good Plus (G+) Moderate Normal Wear.  Several scratches, scuffs.  Music

has light distortions.

Good (G)   Heavy Wear. Played.  Several

scratches, scuffs.  Music has distortions, noise, skips, repeats. 

Poor or Worn (P or W)  Significantly worn with skips or noise, repeats and/or scratching noises. Warped, cracked, or deep scratches. Covers are badly damaged or destroyed

completely.
