This is an old stock promotional copy that has not been played. The vinyl is in new/unplayed condition, but may have some factory dust. The outer jack does show wear from age, storage, and handling. There is a punch-out in the corner of the sleeve. There are a few crease marks in the sleeve. There is other general wear to the jacket from age, storage, and handling. Please look at the pictures closely as they will show the condition better than I can describe.
