Good (G)   Heavy Wear. Played.  Several

scratches, scuffs.  Music has distortions, noise, skips, repeats. 

Poor or Worn (P or W)  Significantly worn with skips or noise, repeats and/or scratching noises. Warped, cracked, or deep scratches. Covers are badly damaged or destroyed

completely.
