MUDDY WATERS, The Best Of (Pye International NPL 28040, UK 1964)
An UK mono UK 2nd pressing of the 1st album from this legendary bluesman, originally released in the USA in April 1958 on the "Chess" label.........In the UK this LP was released 1st one year later on the "London" label in March 1959.........this 2nd pressing was released 5 years later in 1964 on the "Pye International" label......comes in a front laminated flipback cover.......... In fact this was a compilation, which contains several singles - recorded from 1948 - 1954, many of them would become classics...........



The record is in  very good plus (vg+) condition........showing some hairliness / paper scuffs / a few tiny surface marks - plays with some soft surface cracklings in the background here and there.........
The cover is in very good plus (vg+) condition.......showing only tiny wear on corners and some lamination crinkles on front cover, light sign of use on back cover (see scan)...... seams and spine top !!!!!...........
