The album itself is in very good condition. The jacket is cut which you can see in the last photo since the album sticks out. However, this version appears to be the Only Gatefold version [LAN 127] produced and you can see the gatefold is in excellent condition despite the cut of the jacket. There is no original sleeve although I will ship in an acid free sleeve (always) for protection. And the label must have had adhesive tape on it at one time which left a residue - I have not tried to remove it. Overall, it is in very good condition.
