*** This is a 1965 first pressing of The Beatles' LP Help! on 12" heavy and thick vinyl record, featuring the iconic soundtrack from the film of the same name. There is a small “The Beatles” band name on both sides of the label. Most curiously on side 1 the “Northern Songs, NCB” credit appears below the band name! The side 2 layout differs from the other TNR variants, there isn't the “Northern Songs, NCB” credit. It is believed this is the first press TNR label, that appeared and the side 2 error was soon rectified. This LP is a British Invasion classic and a must-have for any Beatles or 1960s rock fan.
Record Visually: VERY GOOD
Clean vinyl
record, deep-gloss playing surfaces bearing just a few harmless paper inner-sleeve
removal hairlines, light surface marks side 2. Nothing to worry about, nothing
that impacts playback.
Audio: VERY GOOD + (the record is audio tested)
Side 1: Excellent
Side 2: VERY GOOD (a couple of sticks in the quiet part
between the songs).
A wonderful
deep sounding mono copy, that has been played auditioned with care, no sign of
any play wear. Apart from a bit of vinyl background between tracks, a couple of sticks in the quiet part between the songs, there isn't
any wrong with this mono masterpiece. No skips, no jumps, no repeats. More than
Excellent condition for a 60 year old vinyl record.
Cover: VERY GOOD +
