No warp, flat vinyl plate, visually with nice original shine, generally audio excellent play, does not any skips or jumps. The record has more than likely carefully been played, flat plate! Deep clear mono sound. Some couple of pops at the quiet parts between some songs, that is normal for 60-years vinyl record, and a light surface mark at side1, which do not reflect or affect the perfect sound, but nothing to worry about.; No skips, No jumps, without noises and distortions. (EXCELLENT)

LTD.(capital letter)" on the outer rim, the "SOLD IN U.K." remark, and the "(P) 1965" statement. Labels are clean, without any defects. A couple of spindle traces round the hole. (VERY GOOD+)

INNER SLEEVE: "USE EMITEX" Sleeve Type-3 (1963 --1966). Tracing-rice-paper-lined “” die-cut type. The words "PATENTS APPLIED FOR" was removed from the sleeve. The sleeve has been kept intact, no splits or tears, only toned stains from the past many years.  (VERY GOOD)

* IMPORTANT COMMENT: The matrix"-1 (one)" cuttings of the mono UK "Rubber Soul" are reported to be different from subsequent versions (so-called "Loud Cut"), in that after they were issued, the EMI cutting engineers were requested to cut down on the bass, since early buyers complained of skipping needles due to mistracking.

Early first-pressing copies were pressed with loud mixing version (whose inner groove says ). The common issue were pressed with normal mixing version (whose inner groove says XEX. 579-4 and 580-4).
