The cover is in very good condition, the colors are bright. The record itself looks to be in unused condition. Plastic sleeve is in good condition, has creases from being bent inside cardboard sleeve.

Now for the issue, it looks like maybe some dust or something got inside. You can see the small white spots on the plastic sleeve. The record has a few of these spots on it. I was able to capture one in a photo, the record is very reflective, makes it hard to photograph. A slight musty smell from being stored, but nothing gross.
