Aspen was a multimedia "magazine", significant as a nexus for the 1960s avant-garde: writers,
dancers, composers, filmmakers, and musicians. Aspen Magazine was a
created by Phyllis Johnson, published on an irregular schedule between 1965 and
1971. This particular issue was packaged in an envelope.
The rarest of the rare. This issue was a free bonus for subscribers, and was issued in a mailing envelope, not a box, as with the 5 regular issues of Volume 1.
