A seriously rare piece of vinyl

Approximately 10-15 of these were pressed and most of those came with a photocopied slip that was taped to the front of the sleeve, this is one of two (that I know of) that has an original colour slip taped to the front sleeve.

The vinyl is nm (looks unplayed)
