Outsider Records has released a Limited Edition Grateful Dead Bill Graham Memorial Concert San Francisco CA November 3rd 1991 Vol 2 on Thu Aug 31 2023. It was a concert of particular importance: on that date the Californian band commemorated with 'laughter, love and music' the promoter to whom they owed everything or almost everything, Bill Graham, who had died a few days earlier (on 25 October) in a helicopter accident. The special and emotionally touching occasion was appropriately celebrated by Jerry Garcia and his bandmates with the presence of illustrious guests on stage, including Neil Young.
